6 slices brioche bread ( I used Sara Lee’s Artesano)

½ cup (120ml) unsweetened vanilla almond milk (I used MALK)
1 scoop (31g) vanilla protein powder (such as Clean Simple Eats or your preferred brand)

1

Optional Toppings

  • Powdered sugar or sugar substitute
  • Maple syrup
  • Peanut butter
  • Chocolate sauce
  • Fresh fruit

Instructions

  1. Prepare the batter – In a shallow mixing bowl, whisk together the egg whites, almond milk, protein powder, and cinnamon until smooth.
  2. Heat the pan – Place a large pan or griddle over medium heat and spray with cooking spray.
  3. Soak the bread – Dip one slice of brioche into the egg mixture, coating both sides evenly. Let any excess drip off before placing it on the pan.
