
A high-protein twist on a breakfast favorite, made with just five simple ingredients!
6 slices brioche bread ( I used Sara Lee’s Artesano)
½ cup (220g) liquid egg whites
½ cup (120ml) unsweetened vanilla almond milk (I used MALK)
1 scoop (31g) vanilla protein powder (such as Clean Simple Eats or your preferred brand)

Optional Toppings
- Powdered sugar or sugar substitute
- Maple syrup
- Peanut butter
- Chocolate sauce
- Fresh fruit
Instructions
- Prepare the batter – In a shallow mixing bowl, whisk together the egg whites, almond milk, protein powder, and cinnamon until smooth.
- Heat the pan – Place a large pan or griddle over medium heat and spray with cooking spray.
- Soak the bread – Dip one slice of brioche into the egg mixture, coating both sides evenly. Let any excess drip off before placing it on the pan.
- Cook – Cook each slice for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and the egg mixture is fully set. Repeat with remaining slices.
- Serve & Enjoy – Top with your favorite toppings and dig in!
