Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Toss chicken with pesto, salt, garlic powder, garlic salt, and red chili flakes in a
large bowl.
3. Transfer to a casserole dish, add whole cherry tomatoes, and spread evenly.
4. Bake for 12-15 minutes until chicken is nearly cooked through.
5. Remove from oven, stir in cooked orzo, and top with mozzarella.
6. Return to oven for another 7 minutes until cheese is melted and golden brown.
