1 cup shredded chicken
1 cup black beans
1 cup corn
½ cup bell peppers, diced
¼ cup red onion, diced
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp chili powder
1 cup shredded cheddar
8 flour tortillas
For Cilantro Lime Crema:
15 oz Cacique Crema Mexicana (or El Centro crema for a thicker option)
1 Bunch fresh cilantro, stems removed don’t worry about getting crazy. Your blender will do the hard work.
1 Jalapeño, seeded (or leave seeds for spice)
Juice of 2 limes
Salt, to taste
